Nostasia の会場と日程を見て気づきました。前日の10月31日、渋谷にはハロウィンのために群衆が押し寄せます。
毎年、警察官がたくさん出動して、警備にあたるくらいの大混雑です。
今年は COVID-19 による規制もなくなり、さらにたくさんの人が訪れて大混乱になる可能性があります。
10月31日から渋谷の近くに宿泊する人たちには、どうか気をつけてほしいです。
