Ever since I started a strict #carnivore diet I been on muscle without even trying. Love animals based proteins.
That is a lot. I push to get over 100g
Unless you weight under 58kg 100g is way too low.
I'm 188 pound's and get between 50-65gr of protein a day.
Any fiber goal other than 0g is most likely very wrong.
I did keto and carnivore and I'm having better luck now. Getting fiber without getting a ton of simple sugar is tough and we agree that simple sugar definitely needs limited.
Fiber needs to be limited as well. It likely causes constipation (yeah, the opposite of mainstream opinion).

Depending on weight, that’s a good amount. I do 225g 80% from beef

I really question what that is supposed to achieve in anyone that’s under 250 lb and ~8% bf.
