Spoken like a real pedo

Bitcoin is not a dumb rock tho

He also predicted we’d be working 15 hours a week by now 😔

wasn't Keynes actually against fiat? I think I heard somewhere he gets some undeserved blame

Have to say that Nostr linked to lightning is proving BTC as a means of exchange even if for tipping for posts. I'm guessing that a form of Ebay and pay per view video will arrive at some point (plus use cases that I can't imagine - or don't particularly wish to imagine)

AFIAK most of the gold is in jewerly and constantly melted and re-crafted. I'd argue it's a circulation ...

Good take man 👏🏻 I plan to earn and spend bitcoin everywhere I can, I don't want to borrow against it or store it away. If you light a lamp do you cover it up or put it in the corner? Hell no, put it in the center of your life and spend your wealth to enjoy life and benefit others.

I know there are a lot of people that will try to never spend, which is fine, but I wouldn't accept any other money for your time or goods. Make them spend their real money for your time and energy. You're worth it!

Pondering this at 5am in the morning.

The centralising tendency is also something that needs to be avoided with Nostr

Eventually some clients, Primal? Will pull away from the pack.

Partly network effect, partly user interface and perhaps becoming a dominant relay?

What happens when the Fed touches the CEO on the shoulder?

Is it good if bitcoin passes hand to hand, but on layers like lightning and fedimint or ecash, or even side chains like liquid?

Or does it need to be base chain?

Great question… I have no answer but it’s given something to chew on indeed…

What do you mean need? It can't be on base chain, and it never will on base chain, regardless of how you feel.

Bitcoin can only scale on layers.
