One day on X in Brazil could cost you 7 months salary.
Probably a good time to get some sovereign money and censorship resistance social media.

the majority here in Brazil receive U$$200 per month, this is the true
Um vagabundo que foi tovadooite tĂĄ e um safados, sem voto de quer e o filho de mulher da noite se acha do o do paĂs ; e generais viados e covardes ficam batendo continĂȘncia para um ladrĂŁo
The good guys TM banning media and making the case for bitcoin and nostr yet again
More importantly it costs you your sanity
Setting retards straight is getting expensive.
I don't think that law means very much in practice. The people who can afford a good VPN can afford the fine.
90% of Brazilians can afford neither so it changes nothing really.
The damage will be done when so many people drop off it no longer represents public opinion.
Utterly wrong.
O Brasil Ă©, oficialmente, uma ditadura.
35 months in Brazil.
They will apply the same penalties against those who use VPNs to access Nostr once they realize censorship cannot be enforced
The minimum wage in Brazil is around 1400 BRL, which is approximately 250 USD
Ir 3 trarĂĄ IG savings
Or 3years of savings
But that is the reality for less than 10%of the population
The average do much less then that
Imagine the type of quality a meme needs to have to be worth risking it all.

I am Brazilian and unfortunately many Brazilians have been contaminated by the state. I am seeing several comments on YouTube and other social networks, which seem as if Alexandre de Morais shit in their mother's mouth, they would even applaud. Most people see the state as the father who should take care of them. Little do they know that it is the root of all our monetary and intellectual poverty.
Also from Brazil here, it's so amazing how these zombies defend censorship that I really think they deserve it...
Fun fact: Brazilians used to see Bolsonaro (the opositor of Lula) as the âDictatorshipâ guy (the right) party. And Lula da Silva (current pesident) as the guy of âinclusiĂłnâ and LGTB+ and âdifferent thinkersâ guy.
