Day 2 of carnivore. What is fun? I'm not much of a fun loving individual but I think I need some. Video games are a nice time killer, certain work is a nice time killer, memes can give laughs, but I wouldn't say any if its fun. I've had a lot of fun doing autocross days but I'm not going to trash my daily doing that, its just not economical right now. I might try hitting a gun range, but ive never found it to be fun before so my expectations aren't high. Am I being childish? Do I just need a milkshake and a bag of chips?

Going keto was a two week adjustment for me. First week was the worst. Worth it in the end. Stay with it!
Yep, about two weeks for me too. I think mine was worst at the beginning of week 2 and then toward the end of that week I woke up one morning & it was just over & I felt better than I had ever felt in my whole life.
Agreed. Now I return to keto whenever I feel my metabolism become “less flexible”. When I feel the return of hunger pangs, I know I’ve recently overindulged. Normally I can go for a long while without feeling too hungry.
