Thank you. Yeah i did not come to this platform for bitcoin, but it all goes together and now im sold all the way. I was a NonQm mortgage lender rep for 18yrs and I know the issues with mortgage banking and decided dancing was better for my soul .. how crazy is that.

Jobs in bitcoin hoo boy. Highly volatile industry, very crowded space. Many companies therein start shitcoining to survive. You don't have to work IN bitcoin to work FOR bitcoin. The hardest problem to solve is adoption of bitcoin as a means of payment (for buyers and sellers). Most merchants get jazzed during the bull, but during the bear, nobody is offering g to spend, and the "bitcoin point-of-sale phone" at work gets shoved in a drawer and everyone forgets it exists or how to use it.

Every job is a bitcoin job when you convert some of your paycheck to bitcoin.
Also, when you educate yourself about bitcoin (practical usage, disinflationary economics, technical concepts, etc...), you are adding value to future conversations where you can help someone else understand it. If you can help reach a point where they decide to buy and hodl it, that takes some of the aupply off the market, making everyone's bitcoin (including yours) rarer.

I love watching your journey. you're on the right track. earn enough cuckbucks to sustain yourself and put all the rest into Bitcoin. you can set up automatic buys on River or Strike to automate the process. historically anyone who has held their coins for at least 4 years has beat inflation by a long mile even if they buy at an all time high.
Ok i get it , honestly I have never saved, never been able to, never been motivated too, i thought buying a home was my financial freedom:future: but.. i have bought and lost 6 homes. I gave up in 2022. Just getting by day to day. Considered so many diff solutions for financial freedom. This is the one that makes the most sense: im grateful

The Bitcoin Standard is a book to read. I think understanding money is very important. Then dive into self custody and how to actually own the asset yourself. There are some jobs in bitcoin; itās a new space in all honesty but itās getting there slowly.

Also, I donāt really think any paid courses are needed - education is free online. What you could pay for is the finer details when youāve loaded yourself with knowledge thatās available freely.

I always say if you have $1,000 invested then go self custody. If itās Bitcoin only, you can pick up hardware wallets from $60-250 - personally Iād go for the $250 one I mention here as that will last you a good 5+ years.
Also thereās a saying - not your keys not your coins - what that means is if you leave Bitcoin on an exchange, the exchange own it. If they ever go down your bitcoin goes with them. Hence self custody is super important as you hold the private key and seed phrase for your own wealth being in full control.

Itās a bit dry but some solid information in there.
Should also print out the white paper and grab a highlighter to grasp the vision behind it. Itās only about 10 pages and not overly technical. But it is helpful to understand the genesis.
Book of Satoshi covers all the writings under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto from the early days mainly on forums and email communications. But expands on some of the early ideas and direction. Blocksize War covers the period in which Bitcoin was forked into Bitcoin cash and many of the events leading up to the fork.
There are many rabbit holes to dive down but that will give you a fairly good summary of the history.
