Yo, I'm on this same program and using the app. Saw an ok it 8-10 lbs in a month. I had to do 20-21 hours once a week when stuck though.

Yeah just my diet is shit bc of my work and home life right now. So you lost 8-10 pounds in a month doing the 16:8 and once a week did a 20-21 hour?
18:6 for a month with once a week 20-21 hour. Start at 5:30 to 6:30 and then eat when time is up
