Downloaded the app Zero. Gonna give the intermittent fasting a try. Gonna eat from 11am-7pm and fast the rest. If you have any other tips that will help. Let me know. Going to try this and slowly focus on eating better as well. Also add any supplements I should add to my daily intake. I have magnesium, vitamin d, and a few others but I’m so bad at taking it daily. Going to really try. I’m hoping I see a difference after a few weeks or so.

Do a 3 day keto before hand. You’ll burn heaps on the 3rd day then feel happy eating less during fasting.
Thanks for the tip. I mean it’s only 16 hours fasting each day. Nothing crazy so I can get through it. I wake up at 4:30am and won’t eat until 11. But I’m going to try keto/carnivore diet soon as well. I’m trying to slowly get back into focusing on health like my ball days in college and not trying to do everything at once. So I figured do the 16:8 fasting for now and take supplements and then diet and then exercise once I finish moving etc. But thank you for this. I may start this after Easter.
Absolute butt ton of resources on YouTube, too many to mention, loads of great channels.
Research the thing where the body regenerates, autophaghy I think, basically the body gets busy digesting the food, and spends nearly our entire lives doing that. But when you fast and the digestion finishes, the body's like, ok switch to clean up mode guys, and starts to eat all the bad cells, basically a clean up operation. But as soon as you eat! They go back to digesting right away, so for years we don't let our bodies take care of itself, and just take a look around, you can see the results for yourself.
Yo, I'm on this same program and using the app. Saw an ok it 8-10 lbs in a month. I had to do 20-21 hours once a week when stuck though.
Yeah just my diet is shit bc of my work and home life right now. So you lost 8-10 pounds in a month doing the 16:8 and once a week did a 20-21 hour?
18:6 for a month with once a week 20-21 hour. Start at 5:30 to 6:30 and then eat when time is up
Take it easy, maybe the first days your mood will change, and focus in how you feel instead in how much weight you lose, the last one is a side effect.
