Train them and make them do your bidding!
There is a wild flock of parrots that come to see me around this time of year.
They stopped by today! They’re rambunctious little fuckers so this was the only half decent video I could get.

I’m gonna try my damndest 🤝
I'm trying to befriend the crows at work, I think they know me now as peanut girl
🫴🥜🐦⬛
My mom has been doing this for years. It’s hilarious. She goes outside and starts cackaa-ing, they all come and she throws peanuts at them😂
Competition, who can get the god forsaken birds to do the coolest thing.
Green bird army just looks cooler
I don’t know if they’re as smart. I’ve never trained a bird before. I have once trained a squirrel 🤷♀️
Whaaaaat🤯thats so cool what did the squirrel do?
I've been dropping a coin into a jar when it's peanut time but no success yet💁♀️
Why didn’t I think of this before: train your bird army to find lost cash in exchange for treats.

I saw this video of a guy hiking with his crow, it brought him euros, stuffed it into his bag and flew off. Super cool. It was a rescued crow though, and those are easier to train because they think they owe you one
I heard about this story where some high school kid was like throwing shit at a crow and it somehow told all the crows and they would pick on him 🤭
Oh yes, they tell all the other crows who the arsehole is. They tell stories across generations too apparently
Yeah. Fuck with a crow one time and their descendants haunt you for life 😂
This is actually a useful power. Did you see the movie Weapons recently? I want that but with birds.
I want more nostr:npub1ymt2j3n8tesrlr0yhaheem6yyqmmwrr7actslurw6annls6vnrcslapxnz training squirrels lore. I've only ever been able to hypnotize them with the wiggle your arm like a squirrel tail trick.
They love peanuts 😂
Thank you for the pro tip, so do crows 🥰
But be careful befriending crows, they'll follow you around and tap you on the shoulder if you're not quick with the peanuts 🐦⬛🥜🐦⬛
That’s so rad! I love crows so much
They're hilarious but too smart 🤣
When Princess Aurora was little she would bring her toys out on the balcony, and the crows would steal them. Then they would drop them on my head when I was blocks away taking Aurora on a walk. Then they'd crow-laugh at me.
It happened multiple times so I know it was on purpose. Caw-caw-dickheads 🤣🐦⬛🤣
Omg that’s absolutely magical in a menacey way 😂
It was a strange time in my life 🤣
I did become known as the crazy crow lady which was part of my become a witch retirement plan though, so #goals 😁
Is that you? Have you ever fed by hand?? It's one of my goals
Yes it's me, yes I've fed them by hand if you count that they got bold enough to just mug me and take the peanuts out of my hands before I threw them 🤣
The do bring you random treats though. I got little green army men, coins, and a squirrel head set on my Vespa outside my apartment at various times. I assumed it was the crows although maybe it was just a stalker 🤷♀️
So what’s your advice for me if I want to train them find lost cash
Pick a spot put a dollar there, then put a peanut or other high value treat on it. Do it several days in a row, then don't do it. The crow will try and make the treat appear by making a dollar appear.
lol that is brilliant
We want updates as this develops.
I am going to walk out there in the morning like a complete fool with a wad of dollar bills in one hand and a handful of live mealworms in the other.
Good advice
I would be so excited to get tapped on the shoulder by a crow 😍
See you think that until it's a regular occurrence 🤣
I would be frightened, no doubt! But I've loved crows since I was a little kiddo and I have fed them regularly. They've never gotten so close to me though! You might be a special one. I'll have to see if I can make friends with the ones here... we recently moved and so they don't know me. Peanuts.... gonna have to try!
Caw!Caw!Caw!
The best part about this video is the car is parking at the one spot that has a no parking sign.
I used to have a flock of squirrels I fed on my lunch breaks with acorns. Even had one that'd climb on my pant leg for 'em.
It confused the crap out of people when I'd be out without my acorns and 15 squirrels would follow me around the park...

Awww look at that happy little fucker
This is amazing 🤩
They had good memories too. Showed up a year later and a bunch still recognized me.
Just carry around a bag of acorns or peanuts and toss them. Distances start long at first but if you're patient they'll eat from your hand. City squirrels are MUCH easier. Doesn't hurt if you can make the sound they make, they get curious.
