I'm not sure I understand. Is the prison suspended or is he suspended in some way? I think the guy is scum, but prison seems excessive, for a crime that didn't involve violence.

the thing is that contempt is a charge FROM the court not from the victim of the vexatious litigation, they aren't weighing into the fact that he has wantonly abused the legal system for multiple cases for years
