It always makes me chuckle when you hear Europeans say things like "At LeAsT wE dOn'T hAvE sChOoL sHoOtInGs!" Weapons bans not only make tyrannical governments happy, they also make plenty of perverts happy too.
If I had to choose between millions dead and imprisoned by the state with no rights, or a few mass shootings each year, I would choose the latter. That may sound very cruel and cold-hearted, but that is the kind of price I am willing to pay before I sacrifice my freedom.
