I must say massive gratitude and thanks to all nostr friends for their love, prayers and support during the tough time re my brother. He is finally out of ICU and being transferred to Sydney to be closer to family and begin rehabilitation.
Life challenges us all at times, and we must remember that this too shall pass.

What exactly is acro yoga?
It combines yoga movement/poses with acrobatics. I'm doing very beginner poses... Here's what I learned last week... I worked muscles I never knew about. 😂

I have done a lot of yoga. The person on the bottom (the base) does most of the work. They need to be strong and flexible.
There are much more advanced possibilities. But this is where I am for now. Its a good core workout and can be done indoors in the AC... It's very hot in FL right now🥵
