I normally feel compelled to listen to an audiobook or podcast when running or working out
I justify this in my mind as “multitasking” because I’m learning while exercising
But I dedicate no other time to meditation so perhaps I should reconsider
Times that I am alone with my thoughts (commuting to work, etc.), I often get stuck in the same loops of thinking; not sure of the best ways to avoid that other than learning more
