I love medium for burgers and medium ->medium-well for steaks, juicy but not bloody!

The juices have a ton of nutrients, and the more you destroy the meat cells, the more overall nutrients you lose.

Like for vegetables, a light steam or seer is perfect, but if you cook the hell out of them, they arn’t near as nutritious..

Maybe try medium-well ones?
