Eat real food: Steak & eggs.

Saturated (animal) fats are best.

Plants are poverty food & they're mostly trying to kill you. We aren't able to make much use of nutrients wrapped in cellulose, & plants protect themselves by producing toxins that cause inflammation & leech things out of our system.

Grains are not fit for human consumption, we don't eat grass & grains are grass seeds which the plants most want to protect with lectins, oxalates, saponins, etc. And to make matters worse the overwhelming majority now are soaked in herbicides & pesticides. Even before the spraying became a problem farmers were using grains to fatten all kinds of livestock & to produce foie gras. And yet people still wonder why kids stuffing their faces with cereal & corn syrup are getting fatty liver disease.

Nuts are also seeds which are loaded with oxalates & other troublesome things. Drinking nut milks, eating nut butter, & consuming wildly unnatural amounts of nut products will cause inflammation, can cause skin issues, kidney stones, etc.

Seed & Veg oils are industrial lubricants made from crop waste & they were rebranded as edible when companies were trying to cut costs during the inflation of the 70s

Conclusion:

Animal meat should be the primary focus of a healthy diet. Vegetables are completely unnecessary, but won't kill you if they have a minor role in your diet.

ser if we're not supposed to eat freshly baked bread then why is it so good 🥺

Partial right: problem for obesity in the US are the sugar, baked meat with high saturated butter , not plants :))

Saturated butter when is cooked at high temperature -> free cancer

Sugar (fructose , glucose) -> free diabetes

Grains are basically just sugar. All starchy vegetables are basically just sugar. A potato is roughly equal to a bowl of icecream.

Dairy is troublesome for a lot of people so I don't generally recommend it. But even so high quality grass fed butter is far healthier than any plant product.

There are essential fatty acids & essential amino acids - there are no essential carbs. Plants are carb heavy & lack essential fats & protiens, while meat has everything we need.

Yes , grains = amidon + fiber

In that combination is good , but not to much ; these should be eaten in the last. Fiber is essential for guts and should be eaten first (salats ), and after the we can eat meat (proteins).

Producers of cereals, extract only the amidon from grains to keep the expiration date much longer to store in the market more time.

But amidon = basically sugar

Of course Same producers feed animals with same plants and inject them with hormones to grow fast.

Meat and plants don’t have all nutrients in one product, that’s why we need to combine them(correctly) in the diet.

The true is in the middle;

Not only meet , not only veggies.

Grown your own food (animals and plants), and feed from both . That’s the art

I've been eating petty much only meat & eggs for 7 years. Steak + salt every day. My blood pressure is ~110/70 (which is lower than when I was eating low carb with veggies). I cook everything in bacon grease or beef tallow. I do not eat fiber.

Same thing at all meals ?

70% of the population globally can digest lactose, the current lactose free fad is bullshit - the real reason why people are reacting to milk is A1 protein and corn fed... and this even affects the quality of the meat as well, you can especially notice it with the common veal sold on the european market, when you stew it, you get a whiff of corn in it, because that's what they feed it, and it's in the blood

Grains are not unnecessary or "poverty food" at all.

I agree meat is best. But fanaticism is not good.

Moderation is the key, as with everything.

Grains are extremely addictive & inflammatory. That's why farmers use them to fatten their livestock, & also why addicts have very negative reactions when you tell them this.

oof makes me so mad when i think about how they are feeding the cattle on grains, it's completely unnatural for them as well, and then they don't even let them get old enough to develop marbling or adequate fat ratio so it's lean, stringy and smells like corn
