Lost over 90 lbs in less than a year.
How did I do this? The pathway is so obvious it’s almost cliche:
-Adopted a high protein diet- mostly chicken breast and protein shakes
-Ate the chicken for breakfast or lunch. Liquid only for dinner
-Walked 10,000 - 15,000 steps daily
-Cut out sugar, breads, cheese, and processed foods
-Lifted heavy weights
-Embraced thinking about Bitcoin 24/7. Boredom and stress eliminated immediately. Well, except stressing over the fact I don’t have enough Bitcoin
-Improved sleep hygiene
-Touched grass
-Wearing blue blocker shades at night
-Listened to #40HPW of Bitcoin podcasts, then amped it up to 50HPW
