As far as ayurvedic centers... The first college of ayurveda is actually located in Nevada City where I've lived for many years. There's a ton of practitioners there naturally. Also, there's a couple ashrams in the area. Check out the Yogananda and the Shivananda centers there. ๐ค๐ชท

The very first center in India. Thereโs a Pagoda too which you can mediate in the cell from day 6.

Best place in Europe for me is Dhamma Pallava in Poland. Still relatively easy to get into the courses and great facilities with your very own room. I learned it's know worldwide as the 'Dhamma palace' ๐ Do it!!
