Tu peux le comprendre comme du beurre fermenté, c’est ce qu’on utilise dans beaucoup de recettes traditionnelles au Maroc (couscous, rfissa,..)

et pourquoi c‘est mal a ton avis?

Yeah generally speaking it’s the case. The bacteria that is there due to fermentation is beneficial to us !

I don’t know much about smen for a health point of view 😂 I just know that it is used my our grandmas for several Moroccan dishes 😂🇲🇦💜
