Right on!

There’s so many medicinal purposes for natural light. We’re not meant to be cooped up in an office all day. I love natural light.

💯 there is a major problem in Japan with kids needing glasses early. My own research leads me to daylight indoor lighting usage. Need to dig around more though.

high prevalence of myopia might also be from too much time focusing at close range (books, phones, close screens) and not enough looking into the distance… indoor? yes, lighting? maybe not so much… too much study time? maybe ;)

In a forest is even better 🌳🦌

I’m big on getting natural bright light during day and dim warm light(blue free) in evening/night.

Yep, you'd like some of the things I make. Even if you live in Miami or the tropics, you'll still want some of these things for optimal health & fitness.

Bro yes

People use lights way too much because of an over dependence of seeing everything in absolute clarity

Right! We know from Health research that the radiation from the sun in the broad light frequencies and even the reflection from the leaves and the green outside has plenty of Health Effects. 🌞🙌🏼
