I have been using an #earthing mat for 3 weeks now. Overall, much chiller and my HRV is a bit higher on average, which is a good thing. Granted, this could be due to other factors, but I have been tracking my stats with an Oura ring for 3.5 years now so I quite familiar with my baseline.

From earthing dot com, their universal mat kit. The kit has two, so one for bed and one to use on your office chair or couch or wherever.
