I have been using an #earthing mat for 3 weeks now. Overall, much chiller and my HRV is a bit higher on average, which is a good thing. Granted, this could be due to other factors, but I have been tracking my stats with an Oura ring for 3.5 years now so I quite familiar with my baseline.

What kind of mat?

From earthing dot com, their universal mat kit. The kit has two, so one for bed and one to use on your office chair or couch or wherever.

By how much and do you also have temperature data for last 3 weeks?

By ~7ms on avg and no i am not THAT autistic 😂

For me going from summer temperatures around 25-30 C to now makes a big difference in HRV and the lowest heat rate. 7ms not bad at all.
