Apparently, most coffee beans have mold. Are any of you aware of a brand that is clean? #asknostr

Yes, welcome back to the world of trade-offs. Naturally processed coffees will always have some presence of mold. Chemically treated coffees are less likely to harbor mold or will have less mold present. I'd be reluctant to trust anything that claims to be mold-free at face value. It's likely treated with an inhibitor.
In your experience, which does your body react to better?
I prefer natural, though I've never really noticed a difference with my health.
Any specific brand youโd recommend? Would like to try and see how my body handles it.
Not a specific brand, no, but you could narrow it down by country of origin pretty well. Small country, small farms, small roasters = less industrial treatment. Natural process coffees are usually labeled as such because they taste different too, so that makes them easier to find. Natural process Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a usually mind-blower and a very clean coffee.
Support your local roasters first, but if you ever want to try mine, my dms are open ๐
If you want to extrapolate that one more layer, coffee is often made very hot which kills most anything that could be harmful.
But keeping the coffee beans in your house would be the problem
Valid, but I think thats beyond the scope of the question. In all fairness, most coffee is brewed really hot too. Whether the method meets heat exposure times would be variable. RIP home coldbrew drinkers, I guess ๐
The ones that the monkey's eat and poop out sound clean.
