I don’t think so. Sounds like the Spanish system fucked up and sent out of phase current down the VHV lines that triggered a bunch of other systems to fail (probably in ways they weren’t meant to fail).

Less than 3 weeks later grid lost it stability and experienced major outage.
Then we have excuse statements that don’t make sense.

It is hard to admit that green agenda results in unstable grid.
