Poor chap risked his life and all they gave him was a lousy citizenship.
Same.
Can I make it all go away by just staying humble and stacking sats?
Is the Liquid network an utter failure? Have you ever used it? For what? Looks like a ghost town https://liquid.network/

Anyone who styles himself king of his home town, and doesn't have a decent medieval army to back up his claim, is just a larp.
On a more serious note, the main thing I appreciated about Peter was his candid telling of how his ex-wife bullied and abused him, in a cluster b personality kind of way. It's the kind of bullying that makes guys super ashamed, and it's doubly confusing if they actually loved the gal and felt invested in the marriage.
So there's that.

Interesting. I started messing with listr recently. Like many other stuff apps, it feels like it has great potential, but not quite sure how to apply it. A bit like me back in school.
I hear ya brother... a carefully placed word underlines the point being made and adds some forceful direction to it. But when it's every other word it starts feel like a glitch, like my pura vida community has developed collective tourets, and my brain needs a break 🤫
Isn't braiins leading the way on this? Or did I fall for some corporate hype while deploying their os to my space heaters?
Can I mute specific words?
For example if I didn't want to see f*ck in every other note in my feed?

Serendipitous note transmitted to me by relay changed my direction today.
Was all set to double down on an argument and then decided to let go.

Juraj is one of my favourite follows here, and a nostr-only discovery.
👍
You left me hanging so I looked it up. I knew who did the destroying each time, and the strength of prophecy leading up to it, but I hadn't realised it was the same date in the Hebrew calendar - the 9th of Av.
"The First Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed by Nebuchadnezzar on the 9th of Av, which corresponds to July 587 BC according to the Hebrew calendar. This date is based on the historical and biblical records that align with the summer month of Tammuz, as recorded in Jeremiah 52:6, and is supported by archaeological evidence.
The subsequent Second Temple was destroyed by the forces of Titus and Vespasian on the 9th of Av in the year 70 CE.
This date is a significant day in the Jewish calendar, marking the destruction of both the First and Second Temples, which, according to Jewish tradition, occurred on the same day on the Hebrew calendar."
I've been through all these phases, except the last one which was a surprise that I will investigate further.
How about you? On a government list? Coins stuck Coinbase or in a closed channel? There's learning fees that come with being a long term resilient holder of last resort. Don't give up 💜
Tell me that isn't their actual logo 😳
So I make that five replies, each zapped and commented below.
I also went and zapped the first note on the profile of npubs who gave a like. I'm in a good mood now.
Congrats to nostr:nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytn00p68ytnyv4mz7qgewaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxummnw3ezucm0d5hxzaf0qy28wumn8ghj7un9d3shjctzd3jjummjvuhszymhwden5te0wp6hyurvv4cxzeewv4ej7qghwaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxummnw3ezucnpdejz7qgmwaehxw309a6xsetxdaex2um59ehx7um5wgcjucm0d5hsqg9zxxz62546vpwheda592m450hphjnylfmf5hywfthsk4xf2fdatv4ce3tg for getting the not-so-random 2100 sats... was the most interesting and 'off the wall' feed, so I zapped there.
Thanks all, maybe another one soon 💜🫂⚡
Going for broke I see 😁
You're on the right line for the biblical take, but it goes deeper. If you're interested this recent pod may inspire.
