Seeker of truth. Lover of freedom. Rebel. Misfit. Aspiring Christian. Bitcoiner. Father. Electrician. Creator. Been through some sh!t. Made in God's image.

Coming to a country near you

Thinking of selling incandescent bulbs for sats, what do you think?

Guys, you know what fixes this whole mess? We just need to vote a little harder.

Led lights are so fiat. Sold to you under the guise of efficiency, but designed to throw off your whole system and attack your health.

I have nothing to hide. It's completely legal. And I kind of wanted to rub it in their face. Felt so good pulling all my money. But yeah, that could have been an approach.

During the whole covid madness, my bank manager called me and said that they had discovered I was talking about bitcoin online (they had obviously been searching for my name online). I Confirmed and asked what the issue was. he said that they couldn't allow me to bank with them anymore. They refused to cash any cheques or receive payments from any of my clients (100% legit service business).

They would only allow me to withdrawl $2k at a time. It took me over 3 months to find another bank that would take me. I had to set up a corporation and do everything through that.

I was so annoyed and a bit unsure how quick things were changing. At that same time they froze thousands of Canadian's bank accounts for donating to the trucker convoy.

I transferred a good chunk of the remaining savings and purchased more bitcoin. It was a bit impulsive. It was near all time high and it had been years since my last purchase.

Unfortunately, it was all through kyc. But none the less, its over 3x in price since.

Thanks Mr cucked bank manager.

Eth up 14%....really? A new wave of stupid?

In Canada, the government has infiltrated almost every aspect of the citizen's lives.

1 in 4 Canadians now work directly for the government. Everyone is so broke from the debt based system, they need the gov to survive. The majority of the organizations now push the narrative; climate change, lgbtq+, first nation reparations, land back, more gov power, etc. This is because they rely on gov funding. It's a sad state of affairs.

Any plays, art, music, entertainment all push the agenda.

Most are afraid to speak up against the approved 'right think'. You are ostracized and punished if you don't fall in line.

Smells like communism to me. Constant attack on liberty, privacy, families, wealth, private property, morals, virtues, Christianity, et Al.

It's extremely lonely in Canada. Being a Christian, pureblood, bitcoiner, conspiracy theorist doesn't help. So grateful for #nostr.

Want to start a #Bitcoin circular economy in your town?

Here are the biggest lessons I learned building one in mine.

The hidden obstacle that stalls adoption:

🌱

The hardest part of building a Bitcoin circular economy isn’t technical.

It’s social.

Wallets and Lightning are easy.

Making business owners feel safe? That’s the challenge.

🌱

Many business owners aren’t against Bitcoin. Many are curious. Many even like it personally.

But hesitation sets in when they think about going public and associating their business with it. They worry about how it will look - if they’ll face backlash, if people will label them unfairly.

This is the obstacle that quietly stalls adoption.

🌱

They worry:

• “What will my regulars think?”

• “Will people assume I’m political or extreme?”

• “Will there be backlash in the community?”

• “What if there are risks I don’t even know about yet?”

Even if they like Bitcoin personally, that mix of social pressure and uncertainty often keeps them hesitant.

🌱

The story you tell matters.

The narrative matters.

If Bitcoin is framed as “radical,” “political,” or “anti-system,” most merchants back away.

If it’s framed as local money that keeps value in the community and strengthens small business they lean in.

Adoption feels cooperative and positive, even patriotic.

🌱

In the Comox Valley I took action to overcome this hurdle by making adoption feel safe, friendly, and local.

Merchants aren’t “taking a risk,” they are joining the Comox Valley circular economy - a supportive network that celebrates local businesses.

• Branding is friendly and familiar, which softened Bitcoin’s image. Builds a familiar community brand people learn to trust, and are proud to be a part of.

• Merchants join as part of a circular economy - no one feels alone.

• I lead with community-first language (“keeping value local”) (“circular economy”) before saying Bitcoin.

• Merchants can start privately, then go public when confident.

• And when they do, celebrate them - so visibility feels like support, not exposure. And it shows others it is safe to join.

With friendly branding and positive language, Bitcoin doesn’t feel political or foreign, it starts feeling like community.

🌱

Celebrating new merchants isn’t just recognition - it’s visibility.

Most businesses aren’t waiting for better wallets. They’re waiting for proof it’s safe. Proof that others like them are already doing it.

When a familiar business accepts Bitcoin, two things click:

Normalization - Bitcoin stops feeling fringe and starts feeling ordinary.

Social proof - “If they can do it, so can I.”

This flips psychology fast. Even a town that feels against it can swing almost overnight - if just one or two respected businesses lead the way.

Visibility doesn’t just spread the word.

It turns hesitation into confidence.

That’s how circular economies begin.

Create a local group to proudly share and promote businesses accepting!

Give these businesses even more value for joining!

🌱

One thing I found crucial:

When talking with merchants and community members, I never frame Bitcoin as “against” anything.

Not against banks.

Not against inflation.

Not against the system.

I always speak in the positive:

• Local value staying local

• New customers walking in the door

• Community loyalty and pride

• Networking and community cooperation.

Bitcoin adoption grows fastest when it feels like an opportunity - not a confrontation.

🌱

The Takeaway.

If you ignore this obstacle, adoption stalls. If you plan for it, you can make merchants feel safe, supported, and even proud to go public in your community.

The way to do that is simple: step back and observe your community. Every town has its own barriers and dynamics - address those first. Don’t try to “get everyone to use Bitcoin.” Instead, focus on creating a circular economy that genuinely benefits the people around you. Pour value into that, and let Bitcoin be the tool that beautifully facilitates it.

🌱

These are the dynamics I observed in the Comox Valley.

Other towns will be different, but these principles are universal.

Bitcoin isn’t just software.

It’s social infrastructure.

🌱

Remember the real objective, center and align yourself and your approach with it often.

It isn’t just to get businesses to say yes to Bitcoin.

What is your goal? Get clear on that.

My goal: building communities and people that embody what Bitcoin teaches - patience, responsibility, truth, abundance, and voluntary cooperation. Giving people the tools to learn the deeper lessons Bitcoin teaches.

Each circular economy is a living node in the greater Bitcoin network.

I want to support you in your town!

Circular economies are where Bitcoin stops being theory and starts shaping the world with hard money.

Hi Joyce. Is this Commox in BC? I'd love to pick your brain sometime. Blessings

So many are mortgage poor. Hard to get out of that. Only buy if it makes sense. It shouldn't require all your savings, nor all your income.

Matthew 7:21-23

Mat 7:21-23 KJV Ҧ Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23. And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity...”

People are tripping over themselves to go to Hell. The iconography over a dead man is hilarious. I thought I was wise when I discovered Bitcoin but I was still caught in the trap of sin. Now I work not to give others the false hope of financial freedom but the truth about sin and salvation.

Every moment the Lord is with me because I realized there were no solutions that other men provided. There was only darkness.

It doesn't matter if you are Fiat wealthy, asset wealthy, family wealthy or Bitcoin wealthy. Look at the layers of sediment on the planet that are now mountains! This was the great flood and those layers span the globe. Why are seashells in the Himalayan mountains?

The great deceiver, satan, has convinced you that millions of years produced plate tectonics and dinosaurs. They claim that birds used to be dinosaurs yet they can't explain duck fossils and dinosaurs fossils in the same layer. Also with flexible cartilage both ducks and dinosaurs.

They explain away everything to negate the Biblical record. They explain away how Mount Saint Helens erupted ( 1980 ) material is millions of years old by carbon dating.

Wasting time is not what we are here to do. We are not here to worship each other, our selves or man made gods. We went from living 900 years to barely making it to 90. The atrophy is real. The next step is rapture.

The great revival is upon us and very few will make it because they don't want to admit that the gift of life comes from God. The good life is collaborating with the Creator and obeying His Word. No man can make his own salvation. Jesus has already done the work. The proof of work is in prayer. Prayer and faith is free and it is nothing to obtain it. Unfortunately we are too afraid by the ego to get down on our knees and invite Jesus Christ into our lives.

Before you dollar cost average why not prayer cost average? Why not invite Jesus into your life and accept his gift of defeating death for all who will receive it. Your citadel is a fantasy. It is another Babylon. Instead, build your house on the rock of Jesus and then you can live well in this life and the next.

Matthew 7:24-27

Mat 7:24-27 KJV Ҧ Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

26. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

27. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it...”
