working on Alby - enabling consumers and developers to interact with the Bitcoin Lightning Network - the protocol of money – everywhere: in apps and the real world ⚑moritz@getalby.com

Have you tried to connect an Alby account like in this video?https://blog.getalby.com/native-zapping-in-amethyst/

Primal's implementation is based on WebLN, an open standard for interactions between wallets and apps. There are several wallets supporting it: https://www.webln.guide/

if you run Umbrel you can use your own node: https://blog.getalby.com/nostr-wallet-connect-comes-to-umbrel/

or Alby for #1tapzaps because you can connect Alby to Amethyst or Damus on mobile or the Alby browser extension for all Nostr web clients.

Accept payments from a global customer base; no chargeback risk for lightning payments.

Could be that the published zap event did not get through to your relays.

What do you mean with "seeing them on the note"?

You added a Nostr key to the Alby extension.

On iris.to you need to click on "settings" and "switch account" in order to see the option "Nostr extension login"

Do you encounter a similar behaviour on snort.social for instance?

No need to install a browser extension. You can register an account also on getalby.com. That's enough.

Only if you want to use the account in the browser you need the the Alby extension or for mobile use cases you can connect Alby to Zeus app.
