Thank you! I got the bootable made, and tried it out on an old laptop. It made it to the Firefox browser for install but I wasn't prepared to wipe that particular machine, so I guess I'm waiting till Monday to push the project further.

If you use Gboard on your phone, you can change the "keyboard layout" as a Morse key to practice. Also, this tool taught me over the course of a few days to type or recognize visually. I still can't hear it and understand it though.

nostr:npub126ntw5mnermmj0znhjhgdk8lh2af72sm8qfzq48umdlnhaj9kuns3le9ll DIY on an old ThinkPad have been rock solid for me.

Did you use their diy in the documentation? I was just looking at the two options for live-usb, I guess the x86 non free one?

I want to run a relay, looking at the guide here https://usenostr.org/relay it says I need to purchase a domain. Would I be able to use my employer's square space address?

I think it's rather hard to explain the *first* part, let's say, the (M,C), (M',C') relationship, to the unfamiliar reader. I particularly thought the second half fleshed out the issues very well. And by the way, I refuse to believe that the optimal base is not in fact e :)

why is e optimal base? I like the kind of content where people passionately argue for base-12. good stuff.

or I guess tuah the moon is better. whatever

GM Friends, happy coffee-O-Clock. Kids are with their grandma this morning, so I'm off to work earlier than usual

What other languages do you know? What are you hoping to do with Rust?

it opens a new window showing the note in question, a new comment field, default zap amounts, and the "send x zaps" button. but when I click to submit it just gets stuck, and the transaction doesn't seem to be passing to albyhub - the extension popup window never shows up for confirmation.

it opens the extension for approval for other actions, for instance approval for new notes, or changes to settings.

I'm running #nostrudel locally and have it signed in through alby extension in my opera browser. I have the lightning wallet configured in settings, but I'm unable to send zaps. Any ideas on troubleshooting?

Just saw this purple nostrich on the clock app and knew it needed to come over here - it was on an account called "underrated Simpsons moments", but I don't think it's their oc https://video.nostr.build/b6f087a9e4c1860a1519d917458cbbca3dd953ca6c9b9c1b9d6935e069f30007.mp4

So I don't really get all the lingo yet. I have some amount of sats in my Albyhub, that is associated with this npub. If I had a different npub that I wanted to associate with some of those sats, could I use them to open a channel to your node?
