Nothing truly compares to home made mayo with fresh eggs

Right now we are getting them as pets for the kids with the added benefit of manure production for compost, garden fertility, and worm bins. I would like to do meat rabbits but my wife is not ready to eat rabbits.

Any Nostriches have experience with Holland Lop bunnies? Looks like I’ll be adopting 4 some time in the next week or two. Never raised rabbits before so any suggestions or tips are welcome.
