I started making a conscious effort to be nicer a few years ago and my life greatly improved.

My self talk used to be extremely negative because my parents spoke that way to me as a child.

I interrupted that pattern by treating myself the way I treat my children. With kindness, patience and understanding.

Ask yourself, if someone talked to your loved one the way you talk to yourself would you be ok with it?

If the answer is no it’s likely time to address it.

You know it ain’t real because they don’t charge for it. They’re a data company. Outside the EU they’d charge to delete their merchandise.

I have come to find that the bitcoin content that hits the hardest for bitcoiners DO NOT have the same effect for precoiners

They tend to just reinforce the “it’s a cult” perspective, or create it if they didn’t already think that

I will never see the imaginary “Bitcoin community” as a cult, but if you are able to take a step back, you too might see it’s not surprising people think this

You can’t really just broadcast something that came from deep in the rabbithole and expect normal people to be on the same page, generally speaking
