This is an interesting idea, but I wonder if this would just make Nostr more inefficient and cluttered as opposed to just having a directory of hashtags that people can reference.
No one is saying never spend time outside. What is not recommended is frequent use of tanning beds or getting sunburns because you won’t wear sunscreen. Leathery skin is no bueno. These memes kill me.

I don’t know how Nostr-like protocol would figure into the equation. I couldn’t and wouldn’t want to depend on zaps to fund major research projects. Some of the things you mentioned are already at play in the current system but could definitely be refined.
