The free ones at almost any auto parts store are better than the cheap scanner I would buy. I also have a neighbor and others with high end mechanic diagnostic ones also. I generally try to just go to AutoZone or someplace to not annoy my buddies. If really big issue and need help then I reach out to use the higher end ones.

This happened to me the other day. I went to an Advance Auto Parts, and asked the cashier to use one of these on my car. He pulled one out from behind the counter and plugged it into my car.

This is an option if one doesn’t want to buy the scanner themself.

I have a ODB scanner tool & I've fixed several issues in several vehicles.

Most of them were from sensors that were throwing an error. Buy the replacement sensor for $50 & then go looking for where it is in the car. YouTube is awesome for getting tips & information.

Go with clay if you can.

Your soil is very nice! But will perc if there are any holes or cracks in the clay.

If you’re going fully natural, a clay soil that is heavily compacted will do a fine job but a PVC liner will be a good option if you haven’t got any clay in the soil . If you’re looking to spend some more money an EPDM rubber mat will be the most durable. Make sure there’s no sharp edges objects that can break through the layer.

3rd time grazing this field this year ans i bet i get a winter grazing too. Only been doing this 3 years and im >30% more productive than the county recommendation.
