You can, umbrel uses docker so you can install webservers like nginx or caddy (it's not part of umbrel app list so you have to install and start those containers in command-line). Youcsn use webservers like caddy or nginx to retrieve SSL certificates from services like Let's Encrypt and use the certificates for your umbrel relay to make a secure websocket

if you're not familiar with networking I'd recommend to study up a little first because every container in umbrel runs in unsecured non SSL-mode (because umbrel is designed around using tor as proxy for everything) and you don't want to accidently open up the wrong ports you end up with containers reachable by clearnet
