Maybe the legal defense should not be focused on denying possession of funds during transfer but on the fact that the government has bitcoin is NOT money. Makes the whole argument void
The samurai fight is integral to the continued freedom of Bitcoin and Bitcoiners. We should begin to build a war chest to mount their legal defense. If we defeat them in court now the precedent will set. We fought with holdnot now we should find with samurai.
