Absolutely!! It totally does! I look at it all so differently now. Those items no longer have a hold on me. I donāt feel that gravitational pull to go check out the latest decor or whatās new at the stores. Instead I have spent my time learning important life skills and pouring into myself while stacking!! šš»

100%!! Just as relationships should work. No one is perfect. Life isnāt perfect. However two people can create their own version of perfect by continually communicating kindly with each other. Itās important to be able to share your thoughts with each other. Communicating wants, needs, struggles and everything inbetween! This is especially imperative to do having experienced a different way of living in all aspects of life whether itās past habits, past expectations or experiences or past relationships. I truly believe if someone wants to make something work, they will but only if both parties are open minded. Assumptions and presumptions donāt work well either. So often there are missed opportunities. Throughout the changes people make, there are tough transitions and sometimes itās hard to navigate. Kindness, positivity and putting yourself in someone elseās shoes goes a long way! ā¤ļø

Absolutely!! Adopting is a beautiful thing! To be able to give a child a loving home and fulfilling life is outstanding not only for the child but for yourself as well. ā¤ļø
Along with following a carnivore diet and fasting, Iāve come across Dr. Mindy Pelz book called Fast like a Girl which is about fasting and eating scheduled with your hormonal cycle. It has helped women balance their hormones leading to successful pregnancies. Ashwagandha is said to boost fertility as well. Iām not sure if this would help at all either but correactology has helped a couple people I know get pregnant after years of trying.
Iām not familiar with the adoption process but I wish you all the best in regards to becoming a mom and having a family!! Thereās nothing more rewarding than raising and positively impacting a child.
