Ty! It was a no-brainer the moment she was born. Even back then my brother in law grinned. Like "Ahhh yeah €350 blabla". I don't know many 6 year old kids with her net-worth.

I am too, as close as i can. The amount of sugar in a teaspoon if this once in awhile isn't going to do too much damge.

Popping a 9 year old vintage Champagne 🍾

No idea, but i usually decant into small 50g jars.

It's spicy so a little goes a long way.

Unless your diabetic.. 😁

All i did was swap 500g of the jam sugar for normal sugar.

4 cloves - Garlic (chopped)

6 - Large Red Chillies (chopped)

1- large Red Pepper (chopped)

600 MI- Red Wine Vinegar

1 kg - Jam Sugar

Put the chillies, pepper and garlic into a liquidiser and make a paste.

Dissolve the sugar in the vinegar on a low heat, don't stir it just check that it has dissolved with a spoon.

Add the pepper and chilli mix and boil for 15 minutes.

Allow to cool for a while .

Then decant into whatever containers you decide to use now place it in the fridge to cool off.

Once cold it is ready to serve with cold meat or cheese or both, in fact anything else you fancy. You could even add it to sauces for a bit of extra spice.

Had an hour spare so i thought I'd try an experiment. My chilli jam recipe with half the pectin to make a thin dipping sauce.. lets see how it goes once its cooled.

So I heard my wife stumbling around last night moving the elf on the shelf around 3 AM. I got up and went to the kitchen to look at my phone and saw emails etc, and checked the Bitcoin price to see $100k+ 🤩

I turned to my wife in the dark of night and said excitedly, “Bitcoin hit $100k!” And she shared in the excitement by telling me “you scared the shit out of me!” lol (she didn’t know I was in the kitchen 😜)

My brother in law is gonna hate x-mas this year after not buying BTC last year in the 20k range when I told him that if he doesn't buy at least some (for his six year old daughter) he's acting irresponsable. The little one already owns over 0.1 which I've put on a pendant for her 6 years ago for about €350. Since then I've added €20 every month.

Her father however rather signed up for a Bausparvertrag with his Bank (building savings contract) which is literally worthless.
