I agree!! There’s nothing like it! Just like saving and having fresh heart & liver. From waiting, to finally getting a shot to being able to walk up to it; it’s all quite a thrill especially when you don’t need to track it!

I think the majority of us feel this way.. myself included. Although on the plus side, we have a stack and that has to count for something even if it isn’t to the degree we could have had… but like they say “we all get Bitcoin at the price we deserve” and does that ever sting! 😩

I started this morning off by shovelling followed by another intense cardio session on the treadmill and then an upper body workout at the gym! 🙌🏻
I’ve heard good reviews of having 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking followed by 30 minutes of cardio. I’ve tried it and I give it a 0/10 and do not recommend. I’m all for protein but would much rather stick to a fasted workout and follow it up with protein afterwards. The key to success is doing what works best for you and listening to your body.
