In my experience, four super important things that got a lack of coverage in Bitcoin podcasts and education videos I found when I was just starting on the path were:

- “no KYC” best practices

- timing/delaying exchange withdrawals to maximize received UTXO sizes for self custody

- UTXO consolidation in preparation for higher future onchain transaction fees

- ways of physically securing seed backups and signing devices in places other than the home.

She’s in between worlds right now.

A part of her is leaving.

But it’s not like before.

She’s holding space this time.

Not sweating it, but breathing beyond her skin.

She’s good.

She’s even shape-shifting.

The raven.

The owl.

She’s unafraid of the bird’s-eye view.

And unlike all those other times, she isn’t scared of the unknown.

She’s present and neither timid nor bold.

It feels beautiful like the song of a blackbird.

And powerful like the rumble of an avalanche.

Being your own bank is a bit of work. Added a couple Cold Cards to the mix. Task list:

- update firmware on new signing devices

- clone signing devices

- export watch only credentials to mobile app for new address set

- import new wallet to desktop app for monitoring and transactions

- backup new seed phrases on laminated paper copies and steel plates with a punch

- vacuum seal seed backups and steel plates against the elements

- remove seed backups to offsite locations

- encrypt and save wallet recovery files

- check Mempool

- move UTXO’s from old wallets to new addresses to distribute evenly across all devices and ditch Ledger FOREVER

- consolidate UTXO’s on all address sets in preparation for higher fees

I can’t believe that we still have the luxury of doing on-chain consolidation so inexpensively. Our kids won’t believe we once did this in the future.

Ten years from now, block space is going to be like Manhattan real estate.

Act accordingly. Withdraw your sats to cold storage and consolidate your bitties. 🤙🏽

Depends on what you are selling but generally I would list a little above market then if does not sale in 60 days, run a 30 percent off sale. What platform are selling on?

I feel so lucky that I can spend the whole day out in the forest with my dogs finding all sorts of delightful mushroom gifts. It just feels so peaceful and right to be out there tromping around and being in the elements of nature.

During the bear market I stopped drinking alcohol, stopped watching porn, deleted Twitter, stopped playing videogames, and stopped going on dates with women I wouldn't want to marry.

I started meditating, praying, going to the gym, focusing on my health, focusing on relationships, and focusing on training my dogs.

In the process I accumulated more bitcoin than I have ever had before.

I am grateful and I deeply appreciate all of you 💜🧡

Thank you so much for the kind words ... a lot of people think we are nuts 🔩 but I think we have it figured out .... My wife's uncle is very bougie... ( Fancy ) everything is super nice and expensive etc.... he doesn't quite understand at times why we live like we do but it is what it is .... hopefully his money will bring him happiness as he gets older ... 😕

with 3 kiddos we are always in the kitchen cooking 🔪 so we make it as fun as we can 😉
