Shipping is calculated separately. I will ship via International EMS which means that it will be handled by the local carrier here and then handed over to your local carrier (ex. in the USA, it would be USPS) If you prefer to ship via another courier like FedEx, DHL, etc, please let me know.

afaik, you don't need to provide proof or evidence. if there is reason to suspect child abuse or neglect, you can call CPS to report it.
you might want to contact his teachers and others who come into contact with him regularly. they might have noticed behavioral changes to help make reports to CPS.
