What do you want to run? You don't need a GPU for any particular systems unless you need a graphics for something you want to run. Most modern CPUs all have integrated graphics in CPU that will do the basics. All Intel's do except F series chips. Most recent AMDs are APUs as well.

For real though, I proposed we wewprk that nip entirely to be a "tips" Nip and not just limit to lightning. There should be as many possible top options as we can think of. Not just lightning. Like why isn't there a simple onchain tip nip, or liquid, cash tags, imagine the normies that don't use BTC yet but have cash app and how that can increase adoption, and as much as I dislike it, even shitcoins. If someone wants to tip me in shit, I'll gladly dump it for them. More sats for me.

I'm not entirely sure how these dynamic channels work. No expert but I'm sure that it either doesn't have enough inbound (even if it says it does because it might need to hold some reserve amount) or a problem with finding a route. I'm also not sure if the nose is even online unless you're in the app, which might also present a problem. This is why self custody lightning is just not great.
