That rice knife could make someone have a really bad day.

It's not every day that you meet Daniel Boon's great great nephew. Today I did. #grownostr #thatjusthappened

Par-cooking some sourdough pizza crusts. This thing does anything my stove can and most things my oven does, the house stays cooler, most of the mess is outside. Thank you gift horse. #grownostr #foodstr #Blackstone

While in NYC, nostr:npub1hqaz3dlyuhfqhktqchawke39l92jj9nt30dsgh2zvd9z7dv3j3gqpkt56s asked me if I agreed that while 10 years older and entering middle age, if 40 was still much better than 30. And I agree with him.

At 30, I only had a 6 month old son, and was struggling to pay my mortgage. At 40, I now had 2 kids and a much better life thanks to 10 years of growth - physical, mental, and wealth. Sure, at 30 I could party a bit harder and my back didn't hurt as often as it does now, but those things don't truly matter. My life is vastly better now compared to 10 years ago.

The point of this is to lower your time preference. Good things come to those that wait. Good things come to those that work hard and strive to improve their lives.

On a related note, I didn't get into Bitcoin until late 2020. So, I can't thank Bitcoin for my life improvements. However, I truly believe that Bitcoin is a cheat code that people have available to them today. Take advantage of it.

Good word. 31 here and feeling the grind.

Psalm 2

No king but Christ, kiss the Son

One of the biggest cons is lumping the gluten free food into the organic/"health food" section of the grocery store. Turn that package over and ask yourself whether half of those ingredients can be made without industrial processes or whether your body is meant to digest all those starches and gums.

Oh, also GM. Happy Friday!

That sounds pretty awesome. I really liked the Hungarian hot wax I grew last year.
