Its no good when it messes with sleep, I hope those issues resolve for you, but its good if you can notice improvement.
I think I was a little too vigorous doing front kicks and/or burpees. Been doing a lot of stretching the last few days and ice and heat.
Might be a good use for the bottom half of the pant-legs when the knees give out and they become jorts.
How's your back holding up? I messed mine up last week, I'd say I'm 60% recovered... I hope.

My helpers and I sowed oats and peas then covered with composted cow bedding as bed prep on the north side of our house today. Hopefully they'll be ready to chop-and-drop/step-crimp by mid-may for us to plant some nice annual flowers (and possibly pumpkins/melons) this year. East and South sides of the house will get the same treatment later this week. Perennials will go in this fall.

It was too dry for good germination and growth unfortunately. I got an OK stand in part of my one raspberry bed. In a normal year I think it would have worked better, we had an abnormally dry fall in our area.

My what? Is that a gardening thing? I've got a bit of a black thumb, honestly.
I'm pretty good with garlic and onions though. Sometimes my tomatoes do OK. Cucumbers always come out bitter in my soil. Do you like garlic? I've got a few bulbs left from last year.
It's windy enough without these dang fans blowing
