I did my workout also yesterday but I was to lazy to post something!
I think my body improved already and I can see changes! Feels good though! I am thinking to continue the challenge but do the push ups just every second day so training will be more efficient with some recovery.
On the other day I want to do something for my Bizeps.. Maybe pull-ups? For sure it want be 144! ππ

I now just see pictures or videos and no text messages anymore. Looks more like Instagram than Twitter. Can I change it somehow to the old version? Scrolling like this seems to be more slowly for me.

For each block we want to do 1 squat, 1 push up and 1 crunch! For two weeks until the next difficulty adjustment!
nostr:npub1jz005en8k2rz0ug8wexw8s5gjhzxll73sydhg9wu4vplfrzykktsheh5z8 showed already her training with some videos as a proof of work. I still couldn't prepare a proper camera setup but I will do in the weekend. I am not cheating though!
You can also make just pictures before and after the challenge to show your body change for example. Just as you like and feel comfortable with.
