It’s a copy of Bitcoin Rulse. A rulse is, as you’re well aware, includes a detailed commentary and compendium of cases related to the actual rules that occupy only 2-5 pages typically.
That’s ok because knowing their chains and communities is not worth much.
The most important things about Nostr IMO are:
1. You own your identity, not the government or owners of social media sites. It is cryptographically secured.
2. Integrity of your posted speech is cryptographically ensured. No one can modify what you post.
3. No one can suppress your speech by suspending your account or getting you canceled.

I don’t think we need to insult Benjamin Franklin to make the point about fiat. Pretty sure he’d be horrified to see his pictures on these fiat notes but that’s what the Fed has used to sell Americans on the idea of fiat. Trust by association from the greatest bunch of scammers in American history.
