pfSense & Proxmox Advice
Disclaimer: Not proficient in networking (but trying to learn)
Equipment: 4-port Protectli Vault running pfSense, Intel NUC running Proxmox, DD-WRT router (acting as access point).
The Goal: Create 3 networks (Admin, VM (for Proxmox), & Guest) where admin would have access to devices on all other networks, but VM and Guest do not have access to each other or the Admin network.
Ok, so with all that out of the way, I think I've made it 75% of the way to the end goal. The issue I am having is... When I create a VM or Container in Proxmox and install services (like start9 or ...for the sake of testing Umbrel... once the install is complete I am unable to reach the local IP of the node software.
Example: Admin network is 10.10.10.1 and VM network is 10.10.20.1... from the Admin network I can ssh into containers on the VM network... but using a browser and going to the 10.10.20.xxx container address to get to the web interface for start9 or Umbrel does not work.
Anyone have ideas on why this would be or how to resolve it?
Appreciate the zap attempt. I thought I had removed my lightning address. In process of reworking my server setup. The app list runtipi has is pretty nice and they are receptive to adding more if you make a request through their github. (Simplex was actually my request for them) 😁
Have fun!
Possibly runtipi would work for you.
They are added simplex and have documentation on using cloudflare tunnels to expose services.

Checked again and https is working now. Was on graphene and Vanadium. Technology hiccup 😅
Just a heads up. Looks like there might be an issue with your SSL. Https isnt working on the site.
New favorite thing over there is recently I’ve had to complete stupid captcha verifications to be able to send a DM to a new person. Probably because I’ve never given Twitter a phone number of any kind.
“Which of these dice pictures is equal to 14” 🤡
Swappa.com is good of you don't mind used devices. Its not cash, but you're buying from an individual so.. 🤷♀️
I've purchased 3 mint condition phones and a macbook this way and have had zeoro issues.
+1
Needed a new phone so tried graphene last week and within 2 days I’d ordered an iPhone 14 😂
That graphene UX is rough and I got locked out out my bank account. Not an option as a daily driver for me.
I’ve had it happen where mempool fees just happened to spike as the transaction was being broadcast… and it took a couple days to actually get confirmed. Just unlucky bad timing. I’ve always just waited it out.
This is the scenario where you could try replace-by-fee but it’s not something I can talk about from experience. You’d have to read up on it to see if that’s something you want to do. Sparrow is capable of it. I believe it will require you have more (equal amount) of funds available to replace the transaction currently in mempool.
Ok, so you paid 13 sats/vb. Right now fees are ~22sats for low priority, ~25sats for medium, ~30sats for high.
As long as those numbers are above 13, you’re going to be in mempool queue.
Generally overpaying would make for faster transactions. Not sure of specifics but if the sats/vb is higher now than what it was when you paid you’ll be in queue until those numbers align again.
RBF is “replace by fee” - if a transaction is stuck you can try to bump the fee to push it through. Explained better in below link.
Try looking for your transaction at https://mempool.space/
Or this picture of a rotten Apple?
Doesn't seem like PWA will be the outcome.
