I don’t understand the value of zaps. I thought the only acceptable currency in this world was from a sovereign fund or entity that held large military ownership of large amounts of land?

One one hand, disruptive decentralized technology ough to be: disruptive and decentralized! Forcing it onto/into large corporations with a legacy of closed systems seems mostly incongruent.
On the other hand, getting #Nostr and #Damus into the hands of as many people as possible means trying to utilize/leverage as many popular centralized, walled gardens as possible.
Also, getting #Damus on the Apple App Store strategically invites the legacy actors and people into the new system. Or at least exposes them all to it. Tim Cook is on notice.

We just need to keep releasing new TestFlight clients and flooding the App Store with Nostr apps until they throw up their hands.

I think they would ban these dev accounts, and punish official release for this. Best to keep it self sign, it’s will be one true to false toggle to turn it back on and compile your own… a lot safer than trusting me, I got to find a solid up to date tutorial on editing the plist and ad hoc signing w/o dev account. Can customize some colors while you there.
