If, and that is a big if, I know, if we don’t need to work in the “fiat mines” to get money because we live a simpeler life on a farm-ish place, we could homeschool our kids. No need for dedicated schools at all, unless you want to learn a speciality later in life 🤔

I’m dreaming again, i know. For now, learning a bit about farming would be a net positive. But unless we teach kids about regenerative and organic farming, all they will remember is how the slaw they tried to grow in school was eaten by snails 🐌.

But with the increased pressure to produce cheaper, organic went out of the window and a few billion extra people could be fed cheaply.

My ideal world would be one where we all have our own plot of land and do our own farming and gardening 🥰

This requires a big global shakeup 🤔 and possibly we need to geo-engineer our planet to make Siberia, the Mongolian desert, the Sahara and all of Australia not just habitable but positively blooming.

Meh. I think iOS and iPadOS will be forced to give more options to apps in the Settings screen and that will be the end of it.

But I consider that a win for myself as a consumer. I want to be able to block apps *Apple apps including* to get certain types of data from my devices.

Is Apple making the iPhones slippery on purpose? To be able to upsell a bit? Now we basically *need* a not-slippery case to go with the new iPhone 🤔

I have been using RSS since forever and would for a time (when Nitter was still working) use it to follow a bunch of twitter accounts. I would love to be able to do the same for Npubs on Nostr.

The reason this family member was rejected I think was her old age. It looks suspicious if an 80 year old want to trade bitcoin.

My guess is nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 simply wants to look clean and prevent any hard questions from law enforcement. But that is just my guess. I can’t think of any other reason for rejecting her 🤔

They flat out rejected a family member of mine after having gone through the KYC.

My guess is they try to run as clean as possible to avoid run ins with the law 🤔
