I didn’t watch the video, but if they’re talking about taking loand against your BTC I would be concerned about the compounding interest on debt eventually causing you to get liquidated during a four year downturn or a flash crash. I also don’t like the idea of having a lot of wealth on paper, but a huge endlessly growing generational debt that you never can pay off. I’ve never seen anybody crunch the numbers on a hypothetical.
Am I missing something?
GM. 5 mile bike ride and coffee this morning. Feels good to get the heart pumping ❤️

Not a good move. Keep the land dad!
This website has a global index of legit Vipassana centers. As far as I am aware all legitimate centers should not charge any fees upfront and you will be free to offer a donation of your choosing after the 10 day course ends.
Just to repeat they should not charge you for your place to sleep, nor for food, nor anything else.
Good luck ✨
Hello, I have been to Vipassana retreats several times. I would be happy to answer any questions you have about it. And I will say it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. 👍
Awesome great to know!
I will keep my ears open as I’m sure will the rest of the community here.
Since you said you have a little experience with it, I would suggest a couple things:
1. spend an hour a day watching videos on advanced function of tools like figma as well as concept videos to solidify your understanding of design theory.
2. Spend *at least* an hour a day using the tool of your choice, such as figma and do a mix of creative design as well as become a super user on the tool set.
3. Set up a portfolio website where you post your designs and write about your design theory and progress.
4. Continue to do what you already doing like how you spent time discussing design with Pablo the other day in figma. Continue to do that same thing with other people. Basically offer people your help and then help them :)
5. With their permission include things like that in your portfolio and write about it.
6. Spend additional hours on items 1 and 2 but don’t spend more time on 1 than 2. Time you spend actually doing really adds up to grow your skills.
7. Apply for jobs and keep a positive attitude. Don’t self deprecate when discussing your skills as you talk to people who might offer you a job or help connect you with the job.
Good luck!
Let us all know what kind of job you want so we can keep a lookout 🤝👍
Endlessly called to the sea

At its most simplest concept. It’s three columns: to do, doing, done.
Could be done with a piece of chalk on the wall or on a website with all kinds of handy features like due dates and filters.
I think it was invented in a Toyota factory in Japan but I’m not sure.
No, I don’t believe so. I just meant it’s an online space you could use for your organizing your lists that you could access from any computer
Real talk! Probably made up but I just heard a story a couple days ago about a researcher who would pet the experiment rabbits before feeding them bad food and they showed better health results. He wasn’t supposed to put them he just wanted to. 😂 I know that whether it’s fake or not, the essence of the story is true.
Yeah you’re right thanks for the wake up call.
Actually, I just heard that pfas were found in tapwater, so high quality reverse osmosis might be the way to go. Although then you have to consider what the filter is made out of.
Haha I just finished swimming and 100% going to go get some mangoes now
If it doesn’t have to be your own domain I might suggest Trello.
Might I suggest organic no sugar added dried mango halves
