I think that as long as the face of nostr is social media clients, it will struggle gaining mass adoption. The job that it does as a social media tool is super valuable and important, but not top of mind for people.
As we build more apps and tools on top of nostr, we’ll have a better chance of new folks sticking around and also getting the opportunity to experience the social side.

5 months in with our girls and I’m starting to recognize the toll it’s taken on my body and mind. Sleep has been very disrupted and diet/movement has been as well.
I hear lots of folks talking about diet and how they approach it. Would love some advice on how to get to a healthy diet and suggestions around what to eat / shop for. My desire is to get back to basics with my health and wellness. We’ve got great fish markets and butchers here in Pittsburgh.
