I started out super skeptical about the carnivore way of eating, but Iâm happy to admit my doubts have been completely put to shame. This journey has been nothing short of amazing!
Do you start frying your steaks like this?
Here's a side-by-side look at how my skin has changed in the colder season before and after going carnivore.
On the left are pictures from before I started carnivore, when I was regularly using steroid creams and heavy, fatty hand creams. This was my skin in the best condition I could achieve at that time. Without the steroid creams, my hands would develop painful, bleeding cracks and be extremely dry.
On the right are recent pictures, after almost a year on a carnivore diet. Now, I only use a small amount of beef tallow balm, and I haven't needed steroid creams at all.
Some people might not notice much difference, but take a closer look â the improvement is huge, and I couldnât be happier!


Nitrates are bad for you they say, so avoid processed meat:
Veggies:
Arugula: Up to 4800 mg/kg
Spinach: Up to 3000 mg/kg
Beets: Up to 2500 mg/kg
Celery: 1100-1500 mg/kg
Chinese cabbage: 1200-1600 mg/kg
Fennel: Up to 1000 mg/kg
Processed meat:
Sausages, bacon, and ham 50-150 mg/kg.

This is the new recommendation from the Danish government because Danes eat the most candy in the world. The recommendation is a max of 5 handfuls of candy a day!?
What are your thoughts on that?
I personally think this is a ridiculous amount of candy every day! A recommendation like this makes people think it's okay to consume this much every day! How did they come up with this and think it's good?


I dont know if it works for me yet đ I washed it with an egg yolk a week ago because it was insanely greasy đ but I would really like to have it work for me, and at some point not was it at all with anything.

my scalp is a lot less itchy now which is nice. I wonder if my hair at some point will look like my kids hair. It does not look greasy at all ever.
Iâm working to restore balance in my body after all the disruption and influence of modern products that we donât really need. I want to eliminate them as much as possible, so I havenât washed my hair with soap for almost a month. Iâd love to know what you think about that!?

I've been off coffee twice in the past, but I always ended up going back because there would be days when I hadn't slept well and needed that extra boost. Well, that little hit would end up with me back at 1-3 cups of coffee a day.

I am not lion diet at the moment but thinking of trying it. I eat about 100g of butter on the side of my fatty meat everyday at the moment. I am wondering how to get that much fat on lion diet. Which cuts to go for? How to preare extra fat or eat it raw or...? maybe you have some tricks?

There is so much much more to learn. But I take it a bit at a time. I can get too much sad knowlage at once. I take it one bite at a time.
I agree. When I learn new stuff and get new experiences I become different. at the moment speed of which thia is happening is pretty crazy and it is changing me a lot.
Question:
Do you still use any herbs? Or garlic, for example?
My answer:
I generally don't eat herbs or spices, but once in a while, Iâll have a curry stew that I make for my kids. In the beginning of carnivore, I really didn't tolerate spices well, but that seems to have gotten better. I probably eat spices once or twice a month. Some spices still make me gassy and cause me to burp a lot, which is very unpleasant, so I generally avoid them. đ I do enjoy salt.
