I don’t think it works that way 🤣. You lose roughly 1 neuron per second starting in early adulthood. (85k per day, 31M per year). Sure, there’s neuroplasticity but you’re gonna need some sort of neuron replacement program (or brain replacement) if you want to live forever

I have soar throat induced sleep apnea right now so at 430 this morning, instead of choking myself to death, I did some active breathing and let my mind cycle through old memories of a recently deceased friend. It was really interesting all the imagines and memories that just sprung into my head (happy and sad) and it felt like saying good bye. I feel a little better for it.

I used to be hypercritical and judgmental of myself.

Now I speak to myself the way I speak to my children. With love and grace and understanding.

And not surprisingly it makes it easier to be non-judgmental towards others.
