They have a very narrow toe box, which doesn’t allow your foot to fully engage with the floor. Also, the soft sole collapses. Take a look at my foot caving inward slightly at the bottom of the squat. You want to keep the torque through the entire movement to protect ankles, knees, hips, etc…#fitness #squat #lifting

I’ve been a personal trainer and co-owner of an athletic complex for ~10 years. Despite having a bachelors in computer science, my passion for fitness and personal growth led me elsewhere. I love working with people. It’s not only about getting healthier physically, but also mentally and spiritually. It’s amazing to see someone’s mindset and beliefs about themselves shift. It’s like their whole world changes.

When people start removing limiting beliefs and disrupting old stories their health improves.
